If they are not ticked off, and missing, please send us a picture of all the items you have received and the packing slip. We will follow up with the packing team, and either send out any missed items asap, or refund if the item is no longer available.

Is your jewellery definitely authentic .925 Sterling Silver?

Yes! All our jewellery is manufactured using 925 sterling silver, and is also stamped 925, which is a silver alloy of 92.5% pure silver, and 7.5% copper or other metals. We only buy off reputable suppliers who test the silver to ensure its quality and also to ensure that only copper is used as the alloy to ensure it is high quality.

A gemstone has fallen out of its setting, and I lost it! What do I do?!

All our jewellery is covered by a 12 month guarantee, and this covers manufacturing defects or issues, such as gemstones falling out. You can read more about our Jewellery Guarantee here.

How do I stop my silver jewellery from tarnishing?

We sell Town Talk silver polishing cloths to help you keep your silver jewellery in its best condition! We recommend clearing your pieces regularly if they are not being worn to minimise tarnish. You should also give pieces a wipe over after being worn to remove oils or perfumes, and put it in a jewellery box or other safe storage to reduce tarnish. You can read more about silver jewellery care here.

Are your crystals and gemstones genuine?

Yes! We guarantee all our crystals and gemstones are genuine, unless stated otherwise.

All our products are hand selected for their aesthetic, quality and energy, and are natural and genuine gemstones, sourced from reputable suppliers.

We aim to be honest and transparent about any gemstones that have been treated or enhanced, or are synthetic, and disclose this information to the best of our knowledge. You can see within each gemstone's collection information about any known enhancements to that stone. You can learn more about gemstone authenticity and treatments here

Are your crystals definitely ethically sourced?

At Nature's Magick, we spend a lot of time seeking out suppliers who align with our philosophy of generally respecting and caring for the earth and its inhabitants, and therefore practising conscious consumerism through environmental sustainability, fair trade, safe working/mining practices and conditions, and ethical business practices.

For example, one supplier’s philosophy is based on Fair Trade, respecting people and the world through consciously made products. They encourage fair labour conditions, environmental sustainability, a fair price and direct trade.

Another crystal supplier is actually a conservationist who is passionate about nature and sustainability. He and his wife have created a successful business that is aligned with nature conservation and has the view of creating a sustainable business that also supports their local community. They work to educate their local communities on environmental issues and solutions, and put a percentage of their profits towards anti-poaching and other conservationist projects. Their warehouse is also run off solar power.

We do our best to be informed about the products that we stock, and seek out ethical suppliers and products wherever possible. However, it is sometimes very difficult to know the exact source of some gemstones - such as when they are set into jewellery, as some items may have been passed through many hands before being made into jewellery.

With our African supplier, the majority of their mined crystals are mined by hand, with minimal impact on the surrounding environment. They make every effort to not cut down any trees and educate the miners to ensure they leave minimal trace. Usually all that is left are small holes that often turn into waterholes for the wild animals to drink from!

Is it destructive to the Earth to mine and collect crystals?

Whilst we are aware of the generally destructive nature of the mining business, and do not deny that a small percentage of their material comes through industrial sources, some suppliers at least save the beautiful crystals that would otherwise be crushed up and destroyed during the processing of mining for copper and other minerals used for industrial purposes.

It is worth noting that Items such as laptops, electrical equipment, building supplies and other every-day use items that are in high demand are the main reason for mining these minerals, so better the crystals are saved and appreciated, rather than be destroyed!

Another supplier has a positive social impact as this company supports over 800 small-scale miners from remote areas whose families are supported with good income from their work, and who have also been given the opportunity to create other trade business opportunities with other miners in the community, such as selling laptops, solar panels or other goods to bring into their communities.

They also support hundreds of small lapidary businesses, providing affordable material at a price where they can make good money, and also offering to on-sell their products which helps everyone’s businesses and communities grow.

Where do your crystals come from?

We source our crystals from all over the world, and do our best to source our crystals and other products ethically and sustainably wherever we can. We have suppliers in South America, China, the Netherlands, Pakistan, India and Indonesia, as well as here in Australia!

How is your business eco-friendly?

At Nature's Magick, we also do our best to recycle all our packaging, minimise the use of plastic and when products are sent to us in bubble wrap or plastic, we re-use this to send out products to you rather than throwing it away or if you receive GREEN bubble wrap, it is compostable! We use mainly paper packaging that is able to be reused or recycled.

We also use eco-friendly inks and printing, our power and gas is carbon offset and is also supplied by green energy.

By working from home, we also minimise the carbon emissions emitted from travelling.
