Shipping Policy – Nature’s Magick

We ship both domestically and internationally using Australia Post.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post (unless otherwise specified for selected lightweight items).

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. They are based on current Australia Post rates.

We offer both Standard Parcel Post and Express Post options within Australia, along with international shipping services.


Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian orders over $250 (up to 5kg)

  • Free Express Shipping Upgrade is available on Australian orders over $400 (up to 3kg)

Shipping protection (insurance) is not included and can be added at checkout.


International Orders

We ship to select international locations.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and parcel weight.

Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Protection (Optional Insurance)

Shipping protection is available at checkout for added peace of mind.

Coverage is based on the total value of your order and follows Australia Post insurance guidelines.


Delivery Issues

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or Australia Post first to investigate.

If your parcel has not been marked as delivered within 10 business days, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.


Lost or Missing Parcels

All parcels include standard Australia Post coverage up to $100.

For orders over $100, we strongly recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout.

Where insurance has not been selected, compensation or replacement is at our discretion and limited to the value covered by Australia Post.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and within 24 hours of delivery at info@naturesmagick.com.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

This is required for any insurance claims.
