SIGNING UP

How do I join the loyalty program?

To join our Loyalty Program, simply click on the ‘Loyalty Program’ button on the bottom left of the screen. You'll instantly receive 200 points just for becoming a member!

When you sign into your Shopify account (icon at the top right of the screen) this does NOT automatically log you into your new account. You will need to log in via the "Loyalty Program" button down below left.

Is there a cost to join the loyalty program?

Joining our Loyalty Program is absolutely free. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing us.

How can I refer friends to the loyalty program?

Refer your friends through our app by clicking on the ‘Reward’ button on the bottom left of the screen, and then clicking on ‘Refer your friends’. Both you and your friend will receive notifications and rewards when they join.

Can I track my points balance?

You can see your points balance by clicking on the Loyalty Program icon on the bottom left of the screen, and being logged into your account.

How often will I receive communications or emails from the loyalty program?

You will receive emails when you reach a new tier. We keep you updated without overwhelming your inbox!

EXCLUSIONS

Can I use my rewards on Live Show Invoices?

Many Live Show items are New Arrivals and Sale items, so we may not be able to accept Rewards Vouchers on Live Show invoices as New Arrivals and Sale items are unable to be discounted.

If you see an item during the Live Show that is available on our website, we suggest purchasing it direct online and using your voucher when checking out on the website.

Can I use multiple discounts on one order?

No, you can only use one discount code per order. However, if an individual item is marked down on the website, you may still be able to get a further discount with a promo code!

Please be aware that if more than one discount code is inserted at checkout, the code with the highest discount amount will be applied, and the others will not be valid.

You may also find that both discount codes disappear, so if you have had this happen, you will need to contact us for assistance.

Do my points expire?

No, your points never expire. Take your time to accumulate points and use them when it suits you.

Do my rewards expire?

Rewards that have been redeemed for points expire after one month, so we suggest redeeming vouchers when you wish to use them.

HOW TO ACCESS MY POINTS

Where can I find my points?

Click on the "Loyalty Program" icon on the bottom left of the screen, and log into your account.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to see how many points you have, and what membership tier you are currently in.

REDEEM POINTS

What can I redeem points for?

Voucher

  • Earn a $10 Voucher for 3500 points (minimum spend $120)
  • Earn a $20 Voucher for 7000 points (minimum spend $200)
  • Earn a $50 Voucher for 25000 points (minimum spend $400)
  • Earn a $100 Voucher for 50000 points (minimum spend $500)

Percentage Off

  • Earn 5% off for 5000 points (minimum spend $50)
  • Earn 10% off for 10000 points (minimum spend $100)
  • Earn 15% off for 25000 points (minimum spend $150)

Freebie

  • Free Mystery Tumbled Stone for 1000 points (up to $5 value)
  • Free Mystery Gift for 5000 points (between $15-$20 value)

These rewards are subject to change at any time.

Can I redeem points on everything on the website?

You can redeem points on all products in the Rewards Collection which includes most items on the website. Exclusions do apply and include New Arrivals (items up to 3 months on website), discounted items and some further product exclusions apply.

If you receive an error when trying to apply your loyalty voucher, it is most likely because there are product exclusions on the items in your cart.

If the items in your card are found in the Rewards Collection, and the voucher is still not working, please contact us for assistance.

Can I redeem my voucher on Live Show invoices?

Many Live Show items are New Arrivals and Sale items, so we may not be able to accept Rewards Vouchers on Live Show invoices. We may be able to add vouchers to live show invoices by request.

If you see an item during the Live Show that is available on our website, it is preferred that you can purchase it direct online and use your voucher when checking out on the website. We can combine shipping or refund shipping costs if total of products to be shipped is over the free shipping threshold.

How much do I need to spend to redeem rewards?

You can start to claim rewards once your points balance reaches 3500 points.
