Cedar is an aromatic evergreen traditionally associated with cleansing, protection, purification and grounding. With its earthy, woody aroma, this Cedar Smudge Stick can be used for smoke-cleansing rituals, meditation or intentionally preparing your space.

As a natural botanical product, each smudge stick will vary slightly in colour, shape, density and appearance.
Light the end of the Cedar bundle and allow it to catch briefly before gently blowing out the flame, leaving the herbs smouldering.
Hold over a suitable smudge bowl, abalone shell or cauldron to catch falling ash and embers. Allow the aromatic smoke to move through your space as part of your own cleansing, meditation or ritual practice.
When finished, extinguish the bundle completely and ensure no embers remain before storing.
Burn in a well-ventilated area with good airflow. Always use an appropriate vessel on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
Never leave burning or smouldering herbs unattended. Keep away from children and pets, and allow the bundle, ash and vessel to cool completely before handling or disposal.
