Nature's Magick is happy to accept special orders for selected jewellery, crystals and other pieces that are not currently available within our collection, and that we have confirmed we can source for you.
Special orders allow us to source particular pieces, designs, sizes or variations specifically for you. Because these items are ordered at your request and may not ordinarily form part of our stock, different payment, cancellation and change-of-mind conditions apply.
Please review the following terms carefully before confirming your special order.
Product Information & Approval
Before placing your order, Nature's Magick will make every reasonable effort to provide the photographs, videos, measurements, specifications and other product information available to us from the supplier.
Where applicable, we will confirm relevant details such as:

gemstone
-
metal
-
ring size or other sizing
-
measurements
-
available photographs or videos

total price
-
deposit and remaining balance
-
estimated ordering and delivery timeframe
You will have an opportunity to review the available information and confirm that you are happy to proceed before the order is placed.
It is your responsibility to carefully check any customer-selected specifications, including ring size, before confirming your order.
Natural Gemstones & Product Variation
Many Nature's Magick pieces feature natural gemstones or individually made and finished components. Natural variations in colour, inclusions, patterning, shape and other characteristics are part of the individual nature of these pieces.
Photography, lighting and differences between screens and devices may also affect how colours and details appear.
Reasonable variations arising from natural materials, photography or handmade production are therefore not considered faults or significant differences from the product information provided.
Where a particular individual piece is being ordered and supplier photographs or videos are available, these will be shared wherever reasonably possible before your order is confirmed.
Pricing
All special-order prices are quoted in Australian dollars and may be based on current supplier pricing, international shipping costs and currency exchange rates.
Unless otherwise stated, special-order quotes are valid for 7 days and remain subject to supplier availability until your order is confirmed.
Once the required payment has been received and your order has been confirmed at the quoted price, subsequent currency fluctuations will not alter your agreed purchase price.
Special orders are not eligible for discount codes, promotional offers or sale pricing unless expressly agreed by Nature's Magick.
Payment
For special orders valued under $500 AUD, payment in full is required before the order can be placed.
For special orders valued at $500 AUD or more, you may either:

pay in full before the order is placed; or
-
pay a minimum 50% special-order deposit, with the remaining balance payable within 7 days of being notified that final payment is due after the item has arrived at Nature's Magick and has been inspected.
Your special order will not be placed until the required payment has been received and the order details have been confirmed.
Once Nature's Magick has placed the order with the supplier, the applicable special-order deposit becomes non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation or change of mind.
Supplier Availability
All special orders are subject to supplier availability.
Payment allows Nature's Magick to proceed with securing your requested item but does not guarantee availability until this has been confirmed by the supplier.
If the supplier is unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know and may discuss any suitable alternatives with you.
You are not required to accept an alternative item. If the original item cannot be supplied and you do not wish to proceed with an alternative, payments made toward the unavailable item will be refunded.
Estimated Timeframes
Nature's Magick will provide an estimated timeframe wherever possible.
Special orders, particularly those sourced internationally, may be affected by supplier processing times, international shipping, customs or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Nature's Magick.
Estimated arrival dates are therefore provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.
We will keep you informed of any significant delays or changes affecting your order where this information is available to us.
Inspection on Arrival
Special-order items will be inspected by Nature's Magick when they arrive and before being sent to you.
Where a balance remains outstanding, we will contact you once your item has arrived and has been inspected.
If everything is consistent with the item and specifications ordered, the remaining balance will then become payable.
If Your Item Is Significantly Different
If, during our inspection, we find that your item is materially or significantly different from the photographs, specifications or product information provided before ordering, we will contact you before requesting final payment or completing the order.
Depending on the circumstances, Nature's Magick may work with the supplier to arrange a replacement, return or other appropriate resolution.
Where the difference is significant enough that you should not reasonably be expected to proceed with the purchase, the special order may be cancelled and payments made toward the item refunded.
This does not include reasonable differences arising from natural gemstone characteristics, photography, lighting, screen display, handmade production or other minor variations that do not materially alter the item you agreed to purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Final Payment
Where a balance remains outstanding, the remaining balance is due within 7 days of notification that your special-order item has arrived and is ready for final payment, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with Nature's Magick.
Your item will be shipped or made available for collection once payment has been received in full.
If you require additional time to complete payment, please contact us. Any extension or alternative payment arrangement must be agreed with Nature's Magick.
Cancellation of a Special Order
You may request to cancel a special order before Nature's Magick has placed the order with the supplier. Where the supplier order has not yet been placed, payments made toward the order will be refunded.
Once Nature's Magick has placed the order with the supplier, the applicable special-order deposit becomes non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation or change of mind.
This reflects the costs and financial commitment involved in sourcing an item specifically at your request, particularly where the item may not ordinarily form part of our stock or be readily resold.
For special orders paid in full upfront, the amount equivalent to the applicable special-order deposit will be treated as the non-refundable deposit component in the event of a subsequent customer cancellation or change of mind.
Nothing in this section affects any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Unpaid or Abandoned Special Orders
If the remaining balance has not been paid within 30 days of the initial notification that your item has arrived and is ready for final payment, and you have not contacted Nature's Magick and received agreement to an extension or alternative payment arrangement, the special order may be considered abandoned.
Nature's Magick may then cancel the order, retain the applicable non-refundable special-order deposit and release the item for resale.
Where payments above the applicable non-refundable deposit have already been received, any additional amount will be dealt with appropriately according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Where you have remained in communication with us and an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed, the order will not be considered abandoned provided that arrangement continues to be honoured.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Special-order items that Nature's Magick would not ordinarily stock, or that have been specifically sourced in a particular size, design, variation or specification at your request, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind.
Where a special-order item forms part of our usual product range and can reasonably be returned to stock and resold, a change-of-mind return may be considered at the discretion of Nature's Magick.
Where a discretionary return is accepted, it will generally be provided as store credit rather than a monetary refund, subject to the item being unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Where the item received is consistent with the product information and specifications agreed upon before ordering, deciding that you no longer want the item or that it does not suit your personal preferences is considered a change of mind.
Customised Items
Items that have been made, altered, engraved, resized or otherwise customised specifically for you are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Please carefully confirm all sizing, spelling, measurements and other customer-selected specifications before approving a customised order.
This does not affect your rights where an item has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Incorrect or Misrepresented Items
Nothing in this Special Orders Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your special-order item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact Nature's Magick so we can assess the item and provide an appropriate remedy.
Shipping
Once your special order has been paid for in full and is ready to be sent, Nature's Magick's usual shipping terms and conditions apply.
Confirmation of Your Special Order
Payment of a deposit or full upfront payment confirms that you have reviewed and accepted:
