How to Measure Your Wrist
- Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.
- Measure your actual wrist circumference without adding extra allowance.
- Use the chart above to find your recommended bracelet size.

Because gemstone bead sizes and individual bracelet construction can vary slightly, the size categories are intended as a guide rather than an exact measurement.
