Welcome to the Nature’s Magick Auctions! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in our auctions. By placing a bid, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Bidding Process
1.1 Starting Price and Increments: Each auction will have a starting price listed. Bid increments are determined automatically.
1.2 Binding Agreement: By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the price you have bid. You also agree to the Buyer Terms. Edited bids after the auction ends are not permitted.
1.3 Auction Ending Time: Each auction will have a clearly listed ending time.
2. Winning Bids
2.1 Payment Obligation: If you are the winning bidder (or next in line if winning bidder fails to pay), you agree to pay for the item according to the sale terms and cover any additional postage costs as specified below.
2.2 Payment Deadline: Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Invoices are automatically sent via email once the auction ends.
2.3 Failure to Pay: If the winning bidder does not pay within 48 hours, and has not responded to communication, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder (NIL - next in line).
3. Payments
3.1 Accepted Payments: Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, Afterpay, or Zip Pay through our secure checkout on the website.
3.2 No Layby: We do not offer layby on auction items. If you wish to create a payment plan, please opt to pay with Afterpay or Zip Pay at checkout.
3.2 No discount or promotional codes to be used in combination with winning auction items. If a discount or promotional code is used and has applied an extra discount to your winning bid, we reserve the right to send an invoice to pay back the difference before we send you the item.
4. Non-Paying Buyers
4.1 Consequences: If you do not pay for an item, it will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed.
4.2 We reserve the right to ban Non-Paying Buyers from future auctions at Nature’s Magick. This may include cancelling bids on items if we believe that the item will not be paid for based on a pattern of non-buying behaviour.
4.2 Commitment: Please only place a bid if you are prepared to pay for the item.
5. Postage and Shipping
5.1 Free Postage: We offer free postage within Australia on orders over $200.
5.2 Express Upgrade: Orders over $400 (up to 3kg) will receive a free express upgrade.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
6.1 All items listed as auctions are sold as is, and sales are final. Please read the item description for any defects or imperfections that are known.
