At times, it can be hard to know if some gems have had treatments or enhancements to their colour, as there is a lack of regulation regarding disclosure of such information within the gemstone industry, however we do our best to disclose information when we can.

For peace of mind, all items are shipped with tracking through Australia Post and can be insured if you choose to. We know you'll be eager to receive your items, and will fulfil your order as soon as possible. To keep your silver and silver gemstone jewellery looking its best, follow these care tips

• First, store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in individual pouches or a lined jewellery box to prevent tarnishing and scratches.
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions, which can dull the metal and gemstones.
• After wearing, gently wipe the jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and residue. • Lastly, when not in use, keep your pieces securely stored to maintain their beauty for years to come.
