Smoke Clearing is the process of cleansing and purifying with smoke from sacred herbs to clear disharmonious or harmful energies from a space or person.

To do a clearing with herbs: Hold one end of the stick or herb bundle and light the other end. Gently blow upon embers to produce smoke. Have a bowl nearby to safely extinguish when done.

Alternatively, you can use resins or herbs on a charcoal disc and burn in a heat proof bowl or cauldron.
