Black Tourmaline palm stones have a smooth, polished surface, made to hold comfortably in your hand. Keep it nearby as a tactile reminder to pause, settle your attention and return to what matters to you.
About Black Tourmaline
Black Tourmaline is traditionally associated with grounding, protection and purification. In crystal energy work, it is often described as absorbing and transmuting unwanted energy, and is used in practices centred on energetic clearing and boundaries.
It can serve as a reminder to release what you no longer wish to carry, reconnect with your centre and be intentional about what you welcome into your space.
The palm stone form
The rounded shape invites you to hold the stone during meditation, quiet reflection or a brief pause in your day. You might pair it with a few slow breaths or an intention to feel more present.

Cleaning crystals is essential to maintain their energy and appearance.
To clean your crystals, start by choosing a method that suits the type of crystal you have, as some are sensitive to water or certain cleaning agents. For most crystals, a gentle dusting works well to keep them dust free.
Water Cleanse
Another option for water-safe crystals is to rinse under lukewarm running water or a brief soak in a mild, crystal-safe cleansing solution. Use a soft brush or toothbrush to remove stubborn dirt or dust, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean cloth.
Energetically Cleanse
Alternatively, you can cleanse them energetically with methods like smudging, sunlight, or sound.
Be sure to research your specific crystal's care needs to ensure you clean it effectively without causing any damage. Regular cleaning helps your crystals retain their vibrancy and positive energy.
