We aim to be honest and transparent about any gemstones that have been treated or enhanced, or are synthetic, and disclose this information to the best of our knowledge. You can see within each gemstone's collection information about any known enhancements to that stone. 

At times, it can be hard to know if some gems have had treatments or enhancements to their colour, as there is a lack of regulation regarding disclosure of such information within the gemstone industry, however we do our best to disclose information when we can.

For peace of mind, all items are shipped with tracking through Australia Post and can be insured if you choose to. We know you'll be eager to receive your items, and will fulfil your order as soon as possible. You can expect to receive notification of your order being shipped within 1-2 business days.

Overstretching is the most common reason elastic weakens or breaks, so slow and mindful is always best.

Stretch bracelet elastic naturally degrades over time and this is normal wear and tear, especially with frequent use.
