How to Measure Your Wrist

1. Wrap a soft measuring tape or piece of string snugly around your wrist (just below the wrist bone)

2. Make sure it’s comfortable but not tight

3. Note the measurement in centimetres

4. Add allowance depending on your preferred fit (see below)

• Snug fit: Add 1 cm

• Comfortable everyday fit: Add 2 cm

• Loose fit: Add 2.5 cm
