Authenticity & Treatments

All our products are hand selected for their aesthetic, quality and energy, and are natural and genuine gemstones, sourced from reputable suppliers.

We aim to be honest and transparent about any gemstones that have been treated or enhanced, or are synthetic, and disclose this information to the best of our knowledge. You can see within each gemstone's collection information about any known enhancements to that stone.

At times, it can be hard to know if some gems have had treatments or enhancements to their colour, as there is a lack of regulation regarding disclosure of such information within the gemstone industry, however we do our best to disclose information when we can.

Bracelet Sizing

Choosing the right size helps your bracelet sit comfortably on your wrist without unnecessarily stretching the elastic, which can also help extend the life of your bracelet.

Bracelet Size Guide

Our bracelet sizing is based on your wrist measurement, not the total length of the bracelet.

Bracelet Size Chart

Size Wrist Measurement
Small (S) 15–16 cm (6–6.3 inches)
Medium (M) 16–17 cm (6.5–7 inches)
Large (L) 17–18 cm (7–7.5 inches)
Extra Large (XL) 18+ cm (7.5+ inches)

How to Measure Your Wrist

  1. Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
  2. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.
  3. Measure your actual wrist circumference without adding extra allowance.
  4. Use the chart above to find your recommended bracelet size.

Choosing Your Fit

Our sizing provides some allowance between your wrist measurement and the bracelet itself for comfortable everyday wear.

Because gemstone bead sizes and individual bracelet construction can vary slightly, the size categories are intended as a guide rather than an exact measurement.

If you're between sizes, prefer a looser fit, or aren't sure whether a particular bracelet will suit your wrist, you're always welcome to contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to check the individual piece for you.

Care Guide

How to care for your gemstone stretch bracelet and help it last beautifully

Gemstone stretch bracelets are wonderfully easy to wear, but a little care can make a big difference to the life of the elastic. Gentle handling and avoiding unnecessary stretching, moisture and chemicals will help keep your bracelet looking beautiful for longer.

How to Put On Your Stretch Bracelet

To protect the elastic and maintain the shape of your bracelet:

  • Gently roll the bracelet over your hand rather than pulling or stretching it open
  • Avoid forcing it over a clenched fist or overstretching the elastic around your thumb
  • Take a little extra care with bracelets made from larger or heavier gemstone beads

Repeated overstretching is one of the quickest ways to weaken bracelet elastic, so gentle handling can make a real difference to its longevity.

Everyday Wear

For the best care, we recommend removing your bracelet before:

  • Showering or swimming
  • Exercising
  • Sleeping
  • Applying perfumes, lotions, oils or sunscreen
  • Using household cleaning products

Also be mindful when wearing your bracelet alongside watches, bangles or other jewellery that may continually rub against the beads or catch on the elastic.

Gemstones vary naturally in hardness and durability, while elastic can gradually weaken through repeated exposure to moisture, chemicals and tension.

Storage

When you're not wearing your bracelet:

  • Store it flat or naturally coiled rather than stretched
  • Keep it away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight
  • Avoid storing it under heavy jewellery or other objects that may place pressure on the elastic or beads

If you enjoy energetically cleansing your crystals, you may also choose to work with methods such as sound, smoke or intention. As different gemstones have different sensitivities, we recommend checking the appropriate care for your particular stone before using water, sunlight or other physical cleansing methods.

Elastic & Longevity

Stretch bracelet elastic will naturally wear over time, particularly when a bracelet is worn frequently. This is normal wear and tear rather than a fault with the bracelet.

If you notice the elastic beginning to loosen or your bracelet needs restringing, please contact us (you can message us via the live chat). Where possible, we're happy to discuss repair or restringing options and help you determine the best next step.
