How to Measure Your Wrist

1. Wrap a soft measuring tape or piece of string snugly around your wrist (just below the wrist bone)

2. Make sure it’s comfortable but not tight

3. Note the measurement in centimetres

4. Add allowance depending on your preferred fit (see below)

Fit Preferences

• Snug fit: Add 1 cm

• Comfortable everyday fit: Add 2 cm

• Loose fit: Add 2.5 cm

If you’re between sizes or unsure, sizing up slightly is often kinder to the elastic and more comfortable for daily wear.
