IRFAZ Quick-Lite Charcoal 33mm

IRFAZ Quick-Lite Charcoal Tablets provide a simple heat source for burning natural resin incense, loose incense and ritual herb blends.

Each 33mm charcoal disc is designed to light quickly and burn for approximately one hour, giving you a steady source of heat for gently releasing the aroma of frankincense, myrrh and other natural resins.

Choose from a single roll of 10 charcoal tablets or a box of 8 rolls containing 80 tablets.

How to Use

Place your charcoal tablet in a suitable cast iron cauldron or heat-safe charcoal burner with the indented side facing upwards.

Using charcoal tongs, carefully light the edge of the tablet. Quick-light charcoal will begin to spark across the surface as it catches. Allow the tablet to heat until it is glowing before carefully adding a small amount of resin or loose incense to the indentation.

Start with just a small amount of incense. Natural resins can produce a rich aromatic smoke, and more can be added gradually as needed.

Storage

Keep unused charcoal tablets dry and well sealed. Once a roll has been opened, storing the remaining tablets in an airtight bag or container will help protect them from moisture and keep them easier to light.

Safety & Care

Charcoal tablets become extremely hot during use, as can the burner or cauldron holding them.

Always burn charcoal in a suitable heat-resistant vessel placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface with an insulating trivet or tile underneath. Burn in a well-ventilated area with good airflow and keep well away from flammable materials, children and pets.

Use charcoal tongs when lighting or positioning charcoal and avoid touching the tablet or burner while hot.

Never leave burning charcoal or incense unattended. Allow the charcoal, ash and burner to cool completely before handling or disposing of the ash.

Do not use water to extinguish charcoal inside a hot metal burner or cauldron, as sudden temperature changes may damage the metal. Allow the charcoal to burn out naturally and cool completely.
